One for the weekend: Potato shots

One of my favorite websites, The Hairpin, posted a recipe for a very special St. Patrick’s Day cocktail: the Potato Colada.  I loved the idea of hollowing out potatoes into drinking vessels, so I made potato shot glasses to serve Irish whiskey out of.  The garlic, of course, is provided for scale.  I might have then referred to myself as the “dirtbag Martha Stewart.”
